In this role, you will guide new and existing patients through a smooth enrollment process into our care management programs.
What you’ll do:
Connect with eligible patients
Educate and enroll patients into preventative care programs
Guide patients through smooth onboarding process
Accurately manage documentation
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills
Organizational skills and multi-tasking
Critical thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent
Healthcare experience preferred
(No prior medical experience required – we provide full training!)
