Join our Will Call team as a Shift Lead & help keep our counter running smoothly for customers & coworkers alike. You'll guide daily flow, pitch in on order pulling, and be a go-to resource for your team, all while building toward your next opportunity with us.

What you'll do:
Help lead the flow of Will Call orders, keeping things accurate & on time
Be a friendly point of contact for coworkers & customers on shift
Show new team members the ropes
Keep the Will Call area organized & safe
Flag any bigger issues to the Office Supervisor
What we're looking for:
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-first environment
Good communication skills & a customer-first attitude
Basic math & measurement skills (fractions)
Able to lift up to 30lbs for order pulling
High school diploma or equivalent
Glazing/aluminum industry experience or bilingual (Spanish/Polish) skills are a plus, not required
