About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical Senior Program Manager to lead operational intelligence, analytics, automation, and process standardization initiatives across large-scale AI infrastructure deployment programs.
This role is focused on building scalable operational systems that improve visibility, execution efficiency, reporting, governance, and operational consistency across GPU and AI infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management experience with a software engineering mindset and has expertise in analytics, automation, operational tooling, and process optimization.
You will play a key role in transforming how AI infrastructure programs are managed by leveraging data, AI agents, workflow automation, and scalable operational frameworks to improve execution quality and organizational scalability.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain operational dashboards, reporting systems, and program analytics that provide real-time visibility into AI infrastructure deployment activities
Consolidate deployment schedules, vendor milestones, risks, and operational data into centralized program management workflows and tools
Use data-driven insights to support forecasting, operational reviews, escalation management, and executive decision-making
Leverage AI agents, automation platforms, and workflow tooling to improve reporting, coordination, documentation, and operational efficiency
Generate standardized operational artifacts including readiness reviews, risk summaries, RACIs, status reporting, and deployment tracking metrics
Define and improve scalable deployment processes, governance models, operational playbooks, and infrastructure delivery standards
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve execution consistency, scalability, and deployment efficiency
Partner with engineering, deployment, and operations teams to improve systems integration, workflow automation, and operational effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or related technical fields
Strong background in operational analytics, automation, workflow optimization, and program management tooling
Proven experience building dashboards, reporting systems, operational frameworks, or workflow automation platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional technical environments
Familiarity with project and workflow management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com , or ServiceNow
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GPU, AI, HPC, cloud, or large-scale infrastructure environments
Experience using AI agents, LLM workflows, or automation tooling in operational environments
Familiarity with deployment orchestration, commissioning, and infrastructure lifecycle operations
Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, scripting, or data analytics tooling
Experience building operational governance models and scalable deployment frameworks
Experience working with hyperscalers or enterprise-scale infrastructure organizations

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.
Salary Range
$160,000 — $220,000 USD
