Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Build strong, consultative partnerships with General Managers to understand hiring needs, office dynamics, and what distinguishes top- performing agents. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards. Create and refine job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, and maintain tailored candidate pipelines. Guide hiring managers and interview teams through a structured interview and selection process, providing recommendations and market insights. Maintain accurate and timely candidate data and activity tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline while ensuring prompt, equitable, and high-quality communication throughout the process. Own the offer process including preparation, negotiation, and acceptance, ensuring a seamless handoff to Preboarding. Qualifications Qualifications: 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (corporate or agency). Experience recruiting for 1099 and commission-only roles, highly preferred. Strong sourcing capability, levering sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems (Lever or similar). Sourcing expertise, including passive outreach and research-driven strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust with stakeholders and candidates. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel Requirements: Travel up to 30% (multi-state) to partner with General Managers and support market hiring initiatives.
