A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Admin to help design, build, and secure our Microsoft Azure environment as we migrate workloads from on‑premises infrastructure to the cloud. This role is hands-on and responsible for implementing secure cloud foundations, supporting migrations, and operating Azure and Microsoft 365 services using modern cloud and security best practices. This position will play a key role in our effort to modernize our infrastructure, improving security posture, and enabling future growth by building a secure, scalable Azure platform.

The Impact You'll Make:

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

Design, deploy, and operate Azure infrastructure

Build and maintain Azure landing zones , subscriptions, networking, and shared services

Support migration of on‑prem workloads to Azure using lift‑and‑shift and modernization approaches

Manage Azure compute, storage, networking, and PaaS services

Implement high availability, resiliency, backup, and disaster recovery strategies Identity, Security & Governance

Manage and secure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including:

Conditional Access

Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

Role-based access control (RBAC)

Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Cloud & Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Office 365

Apply Azure Policy & governance controls to enforce security and compliance standards

Perform security hardening and continuous posture improvement

Monitoring, Operations & Reliability

Monitor environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights

Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and identity-related issues

Support patching, vulnerability management, and configuration drift remediation

Participate in on-call rotation for cloud infrastructure support (as required)

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with:

Security

Networking

Application and business teams

Provide guidance on secure cloud design patterns

Document architecture, standards, and operational procedures

Evaluate and recommend new cloud-native services and tools

Who You Are:

4–7+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or cloud engineering

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments

Strong knowledge of:

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls)

Identity and access management

Windows Server and/or Linux administration

Experience with PaaS services (App Services, Azure SQL, etc.)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code

Familiarity with cloud security concepts and shared responsibility model

Strong troubleshooting and operational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience migrating workloads from on‑premises to Azure

Experience with Microsoft 365 security (Defender, compliance features)

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Azure certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑500) are a plus

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range $120,000 — $160,000 USD
