As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will identify and engage with qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. You will use job boards, social media, networking, and sourcing tools to find potential candidates, conduct initial outreach and screening, maintain candidate databases, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the recruitment process. Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role. As well as excellent time management skills.
This is an onsite position, located out of one of our WI offices: Milwaukee, Brownsville, Lomira, Neenah, or Green Bay.

What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or previous experience in recruitment, with an emphasis on sourcing
Strong experience with LinkedIn is a MUST
Self motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
