Description

• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and accounts.
• Reconcile service charge accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle queries related to service charges from stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with property managers to maintain accurate financial data.
• Produce regular financial reports for internal and external use.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Profile

A successful Service Charge Accountant should have:
