Operations Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Core Responsibilities Supervise daily shift activities and workflow

Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance

Track performance metrics and key goals

Enforce safety and company compliance rules

Resolve operational bottlenecks and worker disputes

Report data and shift updates to senior managers.

Ability to drive performance to the highest standard.

Job Requirements: A business or operations degree is preferred.

3 to 5 years of experience in an operations or lead/Management role.

Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Good problem-solving and basic data tracking skills.

English fluency is a Must.
