Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process for our retail operations, ensuring that we source high-quality products at competitive prices. The Retail Procurement Manager will work closely with suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency and drive profitability. Key Responsibilities: Cost Management: Analyze pricing structures and market conditions to negotiate favorable terms and pricing. Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor procurement budgets. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish and maintain partnerships. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and service level. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet the organization's procurement objectives. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with distribution management and suppliers to forecast demand. Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet brand demands without excessive overstock. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distribution management, manufacturers, store design, and store operations teams to align procurement efforts with business strategy. Communicate procurement updates. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, and legal requirements. Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management. Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Benefits: Competitive salary.
