Quantity Surveyor

Job description:

Responsible in evaluating tenders, costs, manage contracts and advice on contractual matter. Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.

Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.

Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions.

Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function.

Project budgeting and costing reports.

Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers.

Assist Senior Manager in all other QS related job not limited to liaison with sub-contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, analyze cost comparison.....etc

Job Requirements:

Fresh Graduate are welcome.

Possessed at least diploma / degree certification in related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Projects knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit software will be added advantage.
