CHEF WANTED – Indo-Chinese Cuisine

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef specializing in Indo-Chinese cuisine to join our team in Oulu.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in preparing authentic Indo-Chinese dishes.
• Strong knowledge of Indo-Chinese recipes, sauces, and cooking techniques.

• Experience preparing dishes such as Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chili Chicken, Schezwan dishes, Momos, and other Indo-Chinese specialties.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and minimize food waste.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
