Liquid Personnel is recruiting Team Manager for its client's Safeguarding Adults Team at Devon. Our client’s Safeguarding Adults Service is seeking a highly experienced Team Manager to lead, support, and drive continuous improvement within a busy and demanding safeguarding function.
In this role, you will oversee responses to safeguarding adult referrals across the county, working collaboratively with Social Care Assessors, Social Workers, Advanced Practitioners, and fellow Team Managers to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes for vulnerable adults.
We are looking for a professional with strong safeguarding expertise, confident and effective leadership skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
Working pattern:
Hybrid working
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Commitment to high quality, person centred safeguarding practice
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
