Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Locum Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Team at North Lincolnshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
Undertaking Complex Assessments and Care Planning
Carry out holistic, strength-based assessments under the Care Act 2014 to identify needs, risks, and desired outcomes for individuals with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
Safeguarding and Risk Management
Respond to safeguarding concerns, assess capacity under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and implement protection plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable adults.
Promoting Recovery and Independence
Collaborate with health professionals, families, and community services to support individuals in achieving greater autonomy, accessing appropriate housing, employment, and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
