Your Key Responsibilities
Assess, review and progress plans for children in need, including those accessing short breaks
Respond to safeguarding concerns in line with statutory duties
Manage an independent caseload, ensuring timely and effective decision making
Produce high‑quality assessments, reports and evidence‑based plans
Build purposeful relationships with children, families and partners to drive positive outcomes
For this role you will need
Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
Post-qualifying experience in children’s social care, ideally within disability or CIN
Strong knowledge of Children’s Social Care legislation and care planning processes
Excellent communication, analytical and report‑writing skills
