Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Children's Services Team at Neath Port Talbot.

We have opportunities available across a range of Children's Services, including CASP, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings (PLO), Court, and Intake and Locality (long-term) teams.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will ……

Support children and families involved in:

Child Protection Plans

Pre-Proceedings (PLO)

Court Proceedings

Help to:

Safeguard children

Improve outcomes for children and families

Join:

Experienced and supportive social work teams

Established Team Managers

Principal Social Workers committed to professional development

Work in accordance with:

Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014

Wales Safeguarding Procedures

Practice Approach:

Strengths-based

Child-focused

Partnership working with families and professionals

Focused on achieving positive, lasting outcomes for children and young people

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

Degree in Social Work (or equivalent recognised qualification).

Registration with Social Care Wales.

A minimum of three years’ experience within a Children’s Social Work setting.

Relevant post-qualified Social Work experience.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Right to work in the UK
