The Adult Safeguarding Team is looking to recruit Experience Social Worker who are motivated and have the passion and ability to work with adults, sometimes in challenging circumstances and within a the adult safeguarding team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults' needs, risks, and strengths to develop personalized support plans. This involves working closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to ensure that care plans are effective and person-centered
Identifying and responding to signs of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Social workers must take appropriate actions to protect vulnerable adults, which may include coordinating with other agencies and initiating safeguarding procedures
Providing immediate support in crisis situations to ensure the safety and well-being of adults at risk. This can involve arranging emergency services, temporary accommodations, or urgent medical care

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
