Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Adult Front Door Team based in Knowsley.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
Act as the first point of contact for Adult Social Care referrals
Screen and triage new referrals and enquiries
Provide initial information, advice, and guidance to individuals and professionals
Identify and prioritise urgent needs, including safeguarding concerns
Apply strong decision-making, communication, and knowledge of Care Act duties

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
