Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its Council Housing Service, supporting residents to live safely and independently through timely, high‑quality occupational therapy interventions.
This is a senior role with responsibility for managing complex housing‑related OT assessments, contributing to service improvement, and providing professional supervision to junior OTs and staff.
What will your responsibilities be?
Manage and deliver complex housing‑related OT assessments and recommendations
Support residents to maintain independence and safety within their homes
Work in close partnership with housing, health, and social care colleagues
Provide professional supervision, guidance, and support to junior OTs and staff
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain professional accountability through regular clinical supervision
Ensure all practice complies with HCPC standards and Council policies

Qualifications & Experience:
Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registration
Significant post‑qualification experience
Experience supervising and supporting staff
Strong knowledge of housing‑related OT practice and complex case management
