Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to residents
Assist with daily routines, education, and leisure activities
Record and report observations accurately

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A full UK driving license (often preferred or required)
