Liquid Personnel is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join its client's small, friendly and flexible team in Bradford, working across the city and districts.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out functional assessments and reviews
Prescribing equipment and minor adaptations
Supporting independence and wellbeing
Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and families
Contributing to safeguarding and risk assessments
Preparing reports for care planning and legal processes
Promoting inclusive, person-centred practice

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years post-grad experience with adults with learning disabilities, neurodiversity, or physical disabilities
HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
Experience in a local authority setting preferred
Car driver essential
