Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Community Rehab Service

Pay Rate: £30 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals regain independence after illness or injury, for its client based in Portsmouth City. The Community Rehabilitation Service—a partnership between Portsmouth City Council and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare—is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their integrated team on a temporary basis.
What will your responsibilities be?
Support individuals post-hospital stay, fall, or health crisis
Complete assessments and set personalised goals
Develop tailored reablement plans
Educate and guide patients, families, and practitioners
Promote independence using assistive technologies and equipment
Work with complex cases and manage your own caseload
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Degree in Occupational Therapy.
HCPC registration.
Experience in a Reablement service.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and in an office-based setting.
