Community Neuro Occupational Therapist
Our client is seeking an experienced Community Neuro Occupational Therapist to support adults with neurological conditions across in Powys. This is a high‑rate role ideal for someone confident in community neuro rehab, complex assessment, and autonomous working.
You will work within the community neuro rehabilitation pathway, supporting service users with a wide range of neurological presentations.
What will your responsibilities be?
Completing specialist neurological assessments in community settings
Delivering client‑centred neuro‑rehabilitation programmes
Supporting individuals with stroke, ABI, MS, Parkinson’s, spinal injuries, and other neuro conditions
Functional assessment, SMART goal‑setting, and treatment planning
Equipment provision & postural management
Liaising closely with MDT colleagues across Powys
Managing a complex caseload with autonomy
Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and outcome reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
Proven experience in neuro rehab / neurology
Community OT background essential
Ability to work across a wide geographical area
Strong clinical reasoning and MDT communication skills
Availability for a 30‑hour weekly contract
