Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client’s busy and dynamic team in Dorset, supporting the growing demand for hospital discharges, active recovery and reablement packages. This role is central to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Dorset. You will work closely with partners in health and community services to build strong collaborative relationships that positively influence individual health and care outcomes.

Community visits across the county to support service users

Office-based and remote working supported from County Hall, Dorchester

Integrated team approach with links across all three area clusters

What will your responsibilities be?

Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and reviews to support independence and wellbeing

Work collaboratively with health and social care partners to deliver coordinated support

Contribute to hospital discharge planning and reablement packages

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and professional standards

Support the wider Home First Social Care Team in delivering integrated services across Dorset

Qualifications & Experience:

Enhanced Adults DBS (can be obtained if not already held)

Eligibility to work in the UK

SWE (HCPC) Registration

Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years post-qualified UK experience

Access to a car and willingness to travel

Strong knowledge and experience in applying relevant theoretical frameworks, practice models, and psychological/human development theories
