Job Summary You will support site managers and senior project managers by procuring resources, preparing work schedules, supervising on-site construction activities, and ensuring client and management requirements are met efficiently and within budget. Responsibilities Collaborate with site managers and senior project managers to align on project goals and requirements Verify that client and senior management specifications are fulfilled throughout the project Procure materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project needs Develop and organize work schedules to sequence onsite construction tasks effectively Monitor budgets for labor, materials, and equipment to control costs and prevent overspending Supervise on-site construction activities and communicate instructions from senior project managers to teams
