The Product Analyst has the responsibility of translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities while supporting Agile execution and cross-functional collaboration.. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned. Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master , including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews Support Product Managers and stakeholders in gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements Strong process improvement skills with the ability to identify operational gaps, analyze workflows, and drive process enhancements across business and technology teams. Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and process documentation Business Analyst responsibilities: including market research analysis and technical research Support backlog management by organizing priorities, identifying dependencies, and helping maintain delivery readiness Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Operations, and business teams to clarify requirements and reduce delivery friction Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, blockers, and action items across teams and stakeholders Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum Master, product support or project coordination Must have experience with Agile delivery methods, including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models Ability to write user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria Experience coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items across teams Ability to manage support tasks with analysis and research projects Experience using Agile or collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
