Resident Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled Resident Surveyor to lead andmanage all on-site surveying activities. The role involves ensuring accurateand timely execution of surveying tasks to support project requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site. Schedule and coordinate daily surveying operations. Ensure that all measurements and readings are conducted accurately, efficiently, and within set timelines. Attend site meetings and work closely with clients on all land surveying matters. Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards. Support the construction team when necessary. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience working on HDB projects. Must be a registered member of the  Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) .
