Site Engineer

• Acts as the main technical advisor on-site, supervises contractors, and manages day-to-day operations.
• Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations
• Set out site layouts, perform surveying, check drawings, and ensure accurate technical application
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with building codes, structural designs, and specifications.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders, and quality control measures
• Analyze and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, blueprints, topographical & geologic data and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.

3-4 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry .

Strong knowledge of site execution and finishing works.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
