We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to strengthen our commercial partnership in the Swiss market and support long\-term growth with sustainable value creation. In this forward\-looking role, you will act as a key business partner \- collaborating cross\-functionally and actively contributing to strategic commercial decisions across all product categories.
Position:
As Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) you will:
- Develop and implement the commercial finance framework (mission, objectives, stakeholder mapping, commercial agenda)
- Act as a key contributor to strategic pricing and portfolio planning, working closely with Marketing & Sales
- Build and evaluate pricing scenarios and support strategic decision\-making with financial business cases
- Drive development of investment frameworks for marketing & sales initiatives, including KPIs and post\-implementation reviews
- Support major investment assessments, helping optimize cost base and value creation
- Act as a trusted business partner to Marketing and Sales, driving RRP (Reduced Risk Products) growth initiatives
- Provide financial expertise for commercial engine and Ploom economic models
- Collaborate cross\-functionally to define and track relevant commercial KPIs
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, advanced financial qualification is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, with strong commercial exposure and proven business impact
- Proven experience of cross functional collaboration
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking combined with a commercial, insights\-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence different stakeholders and seniority levels
- High agility, flexibility and collaborative approach
- Fluency in English
