Zoho One Developer

Accountabilities: As a Zoho One Developer, you will support the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of Zoho One applications while helping improve business processes through automation and system integration. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable solutions and provide technical support across the Zoho ecosystem.

Configure and customize Zoho One applications to meet business and operational requirements.

Support integrations between Zoho One products and third-party applications or internal systems.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve business visibility and decision-making.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for Zoho applications.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices.

Participate in user training sessions to promote effective adoption of Zoho solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation projects and process improvement initiatives.

Contribute ideas and technical solutions that enhance system functionality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in the Zoho One ecosystem and a passion for business process optimization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working with Zoho One applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, SalesIQ, and related products.

Understanding of application configuration, customization, and workflow automation within the Zoho platform.

Familiarity with integrating business applications and supporting cloud-based software environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to collaborative projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
