Accountabilities: The VP of Client Success & Growth will own strategic client relationships, revenue expansion initiatives, and business development efforts across the region. This role combines enterprise account leadership with proactive growth strategy, requiring strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide teams toward exceptional outcomes. Drive enterprise growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and expansion pathways within existing strategic accounts. Spend significant time developing relationships with senior client stakeholders and uncovering opportunities for long-term partnership growth. Serve as the primary strategic contact for complex, multi-divisional client accounts. Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives. Lead client success initiatives by ensuring campaigns and solutions deliver measurable value and sustainable results. Partner with internal specialists and execution teams to provide strategic direction, feedback, and support. Guide teams through complex challenges by translating client needs into actionable strategies. Own overall account performance and approach decision-making with strong business ownership. Challenge assumptions, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively solve client challenges. Build trusted relationships through transparency, accountability, and consistent delivery. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced growth and client success leader with a strong background in marketing, strategic account management, and enterprise business development. You should be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex relationships, and transforming strategic ideas into measurable business outcomes. 10+ years of experience in marketing, account management, client success, business development, or strategic growth roles. Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and building relationships with senior decision-makers. Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and converting growth opportunities. Deep understanding of marketing strategies, growth frameworks, and modern data-driven approaches. Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning internal resources around client objectives. Ability to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for expansion. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and operate independently. Experience working in remote, high-performance environments with strong accountability. Professional English proficiency (C2 level required). Preferred qualifications include: Experience building scalable data frameworks for measurable marketing and growth initiatives.
