Tech Lead Sênior

Accountabilities: The Tech Lead Sênior will be responsible for providing technical leadership, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

Lead technical decisions and guide development teams in building high-quality software solutions.

Define and promote best practices for architecture, coding standards, scalability, and software quality.

Provide technical mentorship and support to engineers, helping improve team capabilities and performance.

Design and evolve frontend solutions using React with a focus on maintainability and performance.

Contribute to architecture decisions involving cloud environments, integrations, and system scalability.

Develop and maintain solutions based on Backend for Frontend (BFF) architecture patterns.

Support the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines to increase delivery efficiency and reliability.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions.

Ensure engineering practices align with business objectives and long-term technology goals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior technology professional with strong software engineering expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience designing modern, scalable applications.

Advanced experience with React and modern frontend development practices.

Solid knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure best practices.

Experience designing and implementing Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.

Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.

Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and system design principles.

Ability to lead technical discussions and make effective architecture decisions.

Experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical growth within teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
