Accountabilities: The Systems Administrator will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and evolving Windows Middleware environments while ensuring platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency. Install, configure, administer, maintain, and enhance Windows Middleware environments within an Infrastructure as Code framework. Monitor and maintain scripts, pipelines, and operational processes to ensure system stability and performance. Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities across user and server environments. Support technology integration, deployment, and implementation initiatives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, standards, and best practices. Identify opportunities for optimization and evaluate the impact of technology changes. Diagnose incidents, determine root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology practices, processes, and operational workflows. Collaborate effectively with development, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a senior infrastructure professional with strong technical expertise, autonomy, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic technology environments. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar Systems Administrator or infrastructure role. Experience working with Windows Middleware environments and Infrastructure as Code practices. Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and complex tasks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to provide structured and consistent follow-up. Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service quality. Results-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving environments. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. High sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability. Ability to work effectively in situations involving uncertainty and ambiguity.
