As Staff, UX Designer - Design System, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of a large-scale design system. You will ensure design principles, components, and technical implementation remain aligned while enabling teams to build high-quality experiences faster and more consistently.
Own the design system vision, roadmap, governance model, and long-term strategy across enterprise web products.
Design, refine, and help implement reusable components, patterns, and design tokens through both design and development workflows.
Maintain a strong connection between design and engineering by supporting Figma-to-code workflows, component libraries, and production implementation.
Partner with engineering teams to develop and maintain token pipelines, shared component libraries, and scalable front-end solutions.
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, component creation, and design-to-code collaboration.
Create structured documentation, specifications, and workflows that allow designers, engineers, product managers, and AI tools to effectively consume the design system.
Establish quality standards, validation processes, accessibility guidelines, and automated checks to ensure consistent product experiences.
Drive adoption by identifying product team needs, prioritizing system improvements, and supporting contribution models.
Mentor designers and engineers contributing to the system while raising standards for visual and interaction design quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex enterprise workflows, including dashboards, tables, reporting experiences, and data-intensive interfaces.
