Accountabilities: Develop and execute product marketing strategies that communicate clear value propositions and drive adoption of platform capabilities. Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, behaviors, and business objectives to create customer-centric messaging. Define differentiated positioning by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technology opportunities. Lead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders. Create launch campaigns and adoption strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and usage of new features and solutions. Drive product-led growth initiatives, including cross-sell and upsell campaigns supported by customer insights and in-product engagement strategies. Collaborate with demand generation, brand, and partner teams to support integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives. Develop high-impact content including sales enablement materials, product documentation, blogs, videos, and thought leadership assets. Manage in-product education initiatives and customer-facing resources to improve feature understanding and adoption. Use analytics, customer feedback, and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and marketing strategies. Act as a strategic partner across teams by providing insights, recommendations, and market intelligence to support business decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a proven track record of driving product launches, messaging strategies, and feature adoption. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-focused value propositions. Experience developing go-to-market strategies based on market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis. Demonstrated success managing product campaigns that deliver measurable business and adoption outcomes. Strong analytical skills with experience using data and benchmarks to evaluate performance and optimize strategies. Familiarity with AI technologies and modern go-to-market strategies to improve efficiency and customer engagement. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align Product, Sales, Marketing, and business teams around shared objectives. Excellent storytelling, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an ownership mindset. Experience with tools such as Klue, Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce is a plus. Benefits: Competitive annual base salary range of $152,000 - $190,000 USD , plus variable compensation opportunities.
