Accountabilities: The Sr Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving cloud infrastructure while enabling secure and efficient software delivery processes.

Administer and evolve cloud platform infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.

Apply cloud security best practices, including access management, governance, compliance, and monitoring.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code tools.

Improve cloud environments through performance optimization, reliability enhancements, and cost management initiatives.

Support platform modernization initiatives, including migration and retirement of legacy solutions.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational processes, scalability, and automation capabilities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cloud engineering, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale infrastructure management, with the ability to work independently in complex technical environments.

Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or similar solutions.

Experience implementing cloud security practices, including RBAC, networking, auditing, and governance.

Previous experience managing enterprise cloud environments.

Ability to communicate effectively in English within a global technology environment.

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate with technical teams.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

Experience with Databricks environments.

Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization strategies.

Experience with cloud migration projects or legacy platform decommissioning.

Microsoft Azure certifications such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Engineer.

Familiarity with Unity Catalog and Databricks integrations.
