Sr. AR Caller

Accountabilities: Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding medical claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

Meet daily and monthly collection, productivity, and quality targets established by clients.

Review client requirements and process claims according to project specifications.

Investigate and resolve claim denials, payment delays, and outstanding account issues.

Maintain accurate documentation and prepare status reports for pending claims and follow-up activities.

Ensure all deliverables comply with client quality standards and service level expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve claim resolution and revenue cycle performance.

Requirements

Experience as an AR Caller or in U.S. healthcare voice processes is preferred; candidates with relevant experience in U.S. medical billing are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor's degree, Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech qualification.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently in a voice-based environment.

Basic understanding of medical billing, accounts receivable processes, or healthcare revenue cycle operations is an advantage.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Willingness to work permanent night shifts supporting U.S. business hours.
