Accountabilities:

Integrating AI capabilities into automation actions, including messaging, code execution, and other business processes.
Creating AI-driven recommendations, templates, and recipes based on user inputs and business needs.
Building tools that enable the creation of custom AI agents capable of handling complex automation tasks.
Developing advanced AI functionalities such as data extraction, text-to-voice conversion, and intelligent data analysis.
Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and knowledge bases to deliver context-aware workflows.
Optimizing backend APIs and services to support large-scale usage with high performance and low latency.
Mentoring junior engineers and taking ownership of AI-focused technical projects.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong backend engineering expertise with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and scalable systems. Required qualifications and skills include:
4+ years of software development experience, including at least 1.5 years working on AI-related projects.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js for backend development.
Experience integrating AI platforms and technologies such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, vector databases, and RAG systems.
Proven ability to build and manage knowledge bases and develop context-aware AI solutions.
Experience with data processing workflows for large language models and scaling AI-driven systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and a willingness to experiment and innovate.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment and mentor other engineers.
