Accountabilities:
The Senior Solutions Architect will lead strategic customer engagements, helping organizations adopt modern software delivery practices and AI-enabled solutions. This role requires a combination of technical depth, consulting ability, and hands-on implementation skills to deliver successful outcomes.
Lead complex professional services engagements focused on AI-powered and traditional software delivery transformations.
Partner with engineering, platform, DevOps, and AI leaders to design architectures and implementation strategies aligned with customer goals.
Build and integrate feature management capabilities into AI applications, LLM-powered systems, and agent-based workflows.
Design safe AI rollout strategies, including progressive delivery, experimentation, monitoring, governance, and operational safeguards.
Develop production-quality prototypes, integrations, and reference implementations directly within customer environments.
Support customers in instrumenting AI systems and improving reliability, observability, and decision-making workflows.
Act as a trusted technical advisor by identifying challenges, recommending solutions, and influencing key technology decisions.
Guide customers through DevOps practices, CI/CD improvements, cloud adoption, and modern release methodologies.
Maintain deep expertise in emerging AI delivery patterns and share technical insights with customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence future capabilities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a technically strong and customer-focused professional with experience designing enterprise solutions, building software integrations, and guiding organizations through technology transformations.
4+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, platform engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical consulting roles.
Ability to write production-quality code using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, or similar technologies.
Experience independently building and delivering working integrations, prototypes, and technical solutions within customer environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and progressive delivery approaches.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with Linux and container technologies.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI application architectures.
Understanding of AI agent workflows, tool-augmented systems, or related emerging technologies is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of feature management, experimentation platforms, and strategies for improving software delivery reliability.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Willingness to travel occasionally, with approximately 20% travel expected.

Zone 1: $171,000 - $235,400 USD
Zone 2: $154,000 - $211,000 USD
Zone 3: $145,000 - $200,000 USD
