Accountabilities: Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the Risk Operations platform. Build scalable internal tools and workflow systems supporting risk reviews, fraud investigations, compliance processes, payment operations, disputes, escalations, and customer onboarding. Design platform capabilities including workflow automation, decision orchestration, case management, rules engines, audit trails, and operational controls. Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation while improving operational efficiency and scalability. Partner closely with engineering, data, finance, compliance, customer support, and product teams to deliver robust platform capabilities. Balance business objectives, regulatory requirements, operational risk, and customer experience when prioritizing product initiatives. Ensure platform performance is measurable through monitoring, analytics, and continuous optimization. Advocate for seamless customer experiences by reducing operational friction and improving transparency throughout payment and risk-related processes. Lead cross-functional prioritization, communicate product strategy to senior leadership, and drive alignment across multiple business functions. Requirements 6+ years of product management experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS, payments, or other highly regulated technology environments. Proven success defining product strategy and leading large-scale platform initiatives during periods of rapid growth. Deep expertise in payments, financial operations, and risk management, particularly within SMB-focused financial products. Experience building internal operational platforms, workflow management systems, case management tools, or decisioning infrastructure. Strong understanding of fraud prevention, compliance operations, and AI or machine learning applications for automated risk decision-making. Demonstrated ability to build complex systems from concept through implementation in cross-functional environments. Strong systems thinking with experience designing end-to-end operational workflows and automation solutions. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as AML, PCI-DSS, NACHA, or comparable industry standards. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams. Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex operational challenges while improving customer outcomes.
