Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, React, and modern full-stack technologies. Build clean, maintainable, and high-quality software following best engineering practices and architectural principles. Collaborate closely with distributed teams to evaluate solutions, share knowledge, and deliver successful project outcomes. Contribute to software architecture decisions, including microservices, domain-driven design, and service-oriented architectures where appropriate. Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and software delivery processes. Mentor fellow engineers through technical guidance, documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality. Take ownership of projects from design through deployment while proactively solving complex technical challenges. Requirements 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production applications. Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background. Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET with solid experience across full-stack development. Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development. Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and MongoDB. Experience with MVC architecture, ORM frameworks, and scalable application design. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and microservices. Experience using AI-assisted software development tools as part of daily engineering workflows. Proven ability to mentor engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture. Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively within distributed, international teams. Nice to have: Experience in capital markets or financial derivatives. Knowledge of CQRS, Event Sourcing, or event-driven architectures. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar cloud infrastructure technologies. Familiarity with Blazor.
