Accountabilities: The Senior Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications while contributing to technical strategy and engineering excellence. Key responsibilities include:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.

Build responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using Angular or React with TypeScript.

Develop secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and the Flask Framework.

Design, optimize, and maintain relational database structures, queries, and stored procedures.

Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver effective solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with software engineering best practices.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

Mentor junior developers and encourage strong development practices across the team.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across application development processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in full-stack web development, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Required qualifications include:

10–15 years of overall IT experience, with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.

Strong proficiency in Angular or React using TypeScript for modern frontend development.

Advanced backend development experience with Python and the Flask Framework.

Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

Strong knowledge of relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and engineering principles.

Experience using Git and modern version control practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Knowledge of application security best practices and performance optimization techniques is beneficial.
