Senior Financial Analyst, GTM OPEX
Accountabilities: Build, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting Go-to-Market operating expenses, including headcount, compensation, commissions, marketing investments, revenue sharing, technology tools, and other strategic initiatives.
Own budget-to-actual variance analysis, identifying key drivers, uncovering trends, and providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage budgets, forecast spending, support headcount planning, and improve financial accountability across GTM functions.
Deliver financial insights that optimize sales and marketing efficiency through metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback period, and overall investment performance.
Improve financial reporting processes by automating workflows and leveraging enterprise financial systems to create reliable, scalable reporting.
Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports that communicate financial performance, business trends, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs while supporting revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and long-term business growth initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or technology environment.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to build sophisticated forecasting and planning models.
Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, NRR, and their impact on business performance.
Experience performing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for cross-functional business units.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
Experience working with large datasets; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
Familiarity with financial planning and ERP platforms such as Pigment and NetSuite is a plus.
