Accountabilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain risk models that support data-driven review selection and prioritization processes.
Maintain and improve analytical assets including data fields, scripts, formulas, macros, and automated workflows used for risk evaluation.
Support health score calculations and weighted risk factor assessments to identify areas requiring attention.
Aggregate, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data to identify high-risk partners and trends.
Validate automated risk rankings, model outputs, and analytical results through manual reviews and quality checks.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards that communicate findings, risk levels, rankings, remediation progress, and historical trends.
Prepare analytical materials, reports, and insights for recurring risk management discussions and stakeholder reviews.
Track action items and support continuous improvement of risk monitoring processes.
Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to management and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, data science, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience applying scientific methods, algorithms, and analytical processes to extract insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
Experience using data analysis techniques to support decision-making across different application areas.
Demonstrated experience with automation, scripting, and developing repeatable analytical workflows.
Strong ability to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Tableau, R programming, Python 3, and VBA.
Strong understanding of data quality, model validation, and analytical reporting practices.
Ability to complete required suitability and access authorization requirements.
Experience with risk models, scoring methodologies, compliance analytics, audit analytics, or government-focused data programs is preferred.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, or regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Experience developing executive dashboards, validating automated outputs, and managing traceable data processes is highly desirable.
