Accountabilities:
As a Senior Corporate Development Manager, you will support strategic growth initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and executing partnership and acquisition opportunities. You will work closely with leadership teams to develop strategic perspectives, build business cases, and manage complex initiatives from initial assessment through integration.
Partner with executive and functional leaders to define strategic priorities and evaluate growth opportunities.
Develop and present business case analyses, financial models, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
Lead corporate development processes from end to end, including opportunity sourcing, strategic thesis development, due diligence, negotiations, execution, and post-deal integration.
Own financial analyses that support investment decisions, valuation discussions, and strategic planning.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, venture capital and M&A landscapes to inform business strategy.
Gather and synthesize market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, go-to-market, operations, legal, finance, and people teams to drive alignment and successful execution.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and collaborative professional with strong experience in corporate development, investments, or related strategic functions. You should be comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, managing complex projects, and influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or similar strategic roles.
Direct experience leading corporate development initiatives within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnership opportunities from evaluation through execution.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business case development skills.
Ability to quickly analyze complex information, identify key challenges, and develop practical solutions.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with senior product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders.
Ability to develop clear strategic recommendations and influence decision-making.
Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, or related technology markets is a plus.
Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, decision-making, and overall impact.
