Accountabilities: As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will lead change initiatives for enterprise clients by developing adoption strategies, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful transformation outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations navigate technology-driven change while delivering high-quality consulting services.

Lead change management programs for large and complex transformation initiatives, with a focus on Google Workspace and/or cloud technology transformations.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance throughout planning, implementation, and adoption phases.

Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, while communicating progress, insights, and recommendations.

Develop customized change management strategies, training approaches, and adoption plans aligned with client objectives.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact transformation success.

Create and deliver high-quality consulting deliverables based on industry standards and client requirements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management methodologies, tools, and service offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support successful project execution.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned change management consultant with strong experience supporting enterprise transformations and advising senior stakeholders. You should combine strategic thinking, consulting expertise, and technology knowledge to help organizations achieve successful adoption outcomes.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management.

Minimum of 5 years of internal and/or external consulting experience.

At least 3 years of experience working with Google Workspace environments.

Google Cloud Digital Leader certification or Google Generative AI Leader certification, or the ability to complete both within the first 6 months of employment.

Strong understanding of organizational change principles, adoption strategies, and transformation frameworks.

Experience managing complex projects and influencing executive-level stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to address complex challenges.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
