Accountabilities: The Senior Business Systems Analyst – Marketing Technology will serve as a key link between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering groups. This role focuses on translating strategic goals into actionable requirements while supporting solution design, delivery execution, and continuous improvement across marketing technology ecosystems. Partner with business stakeholders and Product Management teams to understand objectives, processes, and functional requirements across marketing platforms. Translate business needs into detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation artifacts. Analyze requirements for completeness, feasibility, dependencies, business impact, and alignment with existing architecture. Support solution discovery and design for initiatives involving CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, integrations, and data flows. Collaborate with architects and engineers to clarify system behavior, resolve technical ambiguities, and support successful delivery. Define platform configurations and ensure solutions align with business objectives and expected outcomes. Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities with product and engineering teams. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. Improve requirement quality, introduce structure to complex initiatives, and support consistent execution across teams. Requirements: The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis expertise combined with technical understanding of enterprise marketing platforms. This role requires someone who can confidently bridge business priorities and technical implementation while managing complex stakeholder relationships. 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar techno-functional role within a large enterprise environment. Strong experience supporting enterprise marketing technology and CRM ecosystems. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and Marketo. Understanding of integrations, data flows, lead management processes, and marketing technology ecosystems. Ability to create detailed technical and functional documentation, including user stories, process maps, functional designs, and acceptance criteria. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and downstream impacts. Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams, architects, and product managers in Agile delivery environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge unclear requirements constructively. Experience supporting B2B marketing processes such as lead routing, lifecycle management, and marketing-to-CRM alignment is preferred. Experience with platform transformation, migration programs, or legacy system modernization is a plus. Familiarity with Workfront or similar work-management platforms is preferred. Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), customer data platforms, or related customer-data technologies is beneficial. Prior experience in engineering, development, QA, or another technical role is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
