Senior AI Solutions Architect – Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio & Google Dialogflow CX

Accountabilities: The Senior AI Solutions Architect will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions, focusing on conversational agents, agentic AI architectures, and integrations across Microsoft and Google ecosystems. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Design and implement advanced Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Platform technologies.

Develop and maintain AI-powered conversational agents and virtual assistants using Google Conversational Agents, Dialogflow CX, and Google CCAI services.

Architect AI solutions, including user flows, system integrations, API development, security considerations, and deployment strategies.

Build applications that interact with web services, APIs, enterprise platforms, and third-party systems.

Create and optimize natural language processing workflows, large language model integrations, and AI assistant capabilities.

Develop custom indexes, manage data sources, and improve intent matching to increase AI solution accuracy and relevance.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Office 365, and external APIs to expand functionality.

Monitor AI solution performance by creating dashboards, analyzing usage data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Design conversational experiences that provide intuitive, engaging, and human-like interactions.

Train, deploy, test, and continuously improve AI models while ensuring reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot AI agent issues, optimize system behavior, and implement enhancements based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.

Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and demonstrate business value.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, UX teams, project managers, and technical teams to deliver successful AI implementations.

Create technical documentation, solution proposals, presentations, architecture diagrams, and white papers.

Partner with enterprise technology teams to ensure solutions align with architectural standards, roadmaps, and governance practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience designing and implementing AI solutions, with deep knowledge of conversational AI platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture. You should be able to combine hands-on engineering skills with strong communication and consulting abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years implementing AI conversational agents using Microsoft and Google ecosystems.

Mandatory experience developing Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry.

Mandatory experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Mandatory experience building conversational AI solutions with Google Dialogflow CX and Google CCAI services.

Strong experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Language Services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.

Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, Office 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems.

Experience creating enterprise dashboards, including Looker dashboards, to monitor AI agent performance.

Strong understanding of API design principles and AI service interface requirements.

Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.

Experience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining chatbot or AI-powered applications.

Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, natural language processing, and large language model integration.

Experience training and deploying AI models and improving AI system performance.

Ability to lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Ability to create and present AI solution proposals while explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to lead emerging technology evaluations and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Strong consulting skills with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.

Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
