Representante de Vendas Bilíngue (Polonês + Alemão)

Accountabilities: The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact to contract completion. The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to build trust while identifying and converting sales opportunities.

Contact potential customers by phone to introduce services and understand their needs.

Present solutions professionally and clearly to prospective clients.

Identify sales opportunities and qualify potential customers.

Conduct follow-ups with interested leads to maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Manage the sales process through negotiation and contract closure.

Maintain accurate and updated customer information within the CRM system.

Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and service-oriented interactions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in both Polish and German. They should be comfortable interacting with customers, managing sales conversations, and working toward performance goals in a remote environment.

Fluent proficiency in Polish and German.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Results-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve sales targets.

Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service.

Experience with telephone sales or outbound sales is considered an advantage.

Ability to manage customer interactions independently and maintain organization throughout the sales process.

Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
