This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale regional marketing across multiple key European markets, turning global strategy into locally relevant programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and long-term growth. You will operate at the intersection of field marketing, product marketing, sales, and partnerships, building integrated campaigns that resonate across diverse audiences and cultures. The role is highly strategic yet execution-driven, requiring someone who can both design and deliver high-impact programs end-to-end. You will help define the regional marketing playbook across EMEA, testing, iterating, and scaling initiatives in a fast-moving environment. Working closely with commercial and technical teams, you will translate complex cybersecurity innovation into compelling narratives for different buyer personas. This is a highly autonomous role for a marketer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from the ground up. You will have direct influence on pipeline growth and regional market presence across some of Europe’s most important markets.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own and execute the regional marketing strategy across EMEA, ensuring strong alignment between global positioning and local market execution.
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies across UKI, Nordics, Benelux, and France, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact
Build and scale integrated field marketing programs including events, webinars, executive briefings, campaigns, and community activations
Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline generation, account-based marketing initiatives, and strategic regional opportunities
Localize global messaging and positioning to ensure relevance across different markets, cultures, and buyer personas
Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling regional narratives and use cases
Own regional event strategy, including conferences, owned events, partner activations, and executive roundtables
Work with Partners and Alliances teams to design and execute co-marketing initiatives across key markets
Manage regional marketing budgets, agencies, timelines, and external vendors
Define and track regional success metrics including pipeline contribution, engagement, and brand awareness
Act as the regional voice internally, bringing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into global teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in regional, field, or demand generation marketing within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or other technical industries
Strong track record of building and scaling multi-market marketing programs across Europe
Experience working closely with Sales and GTM teams to generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Ability to own programs end-to-end, from strategy through execution, with strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging across markets and audiences
Experience marketing technical products, ideally in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI-driven platforms
Familiarity with European markets such as UKI, Nordics, Benelux, France, or DACH is highly valuable
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions in fast-paced environments
Bonus: experience with partner marketing, ecosystem programs, or early-stage category-building companies
