Accountabilities:
Manage qualitative research projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including client coordination, partner management, healthcare professional recruitment, and final delivery.
Oversee project execution for methodologies such as telephone depth interviews (TDIs), focus groups, in-person interviews, and online qualitative interviews.
Coordinate respondent screening, scheduling, confirmation, and preparation according to project requirements.
Monitor fieldwork progress, quickly address challenges such as no-shows or last-minute changes, and ensure project timelines are maintained.
Set up and test surveys and screeners, monitor recruitment statistics, manage respondent incentives, and support project closing, auditing, and invoicing processes.
Lead project kickoff meetings to align stakeholders on specifications, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, recruitment status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify potential fieldwork issues proactively and collaborate with sales and operations teams to implement effective solutions.
Manage relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure accurate delivery, effective communication, and issue resolution.
Monitor project budgets and profitability by tracking costs and supporting efficient resource management.
Provide guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to other project management team members when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2–3 years of experience managing market research projects, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
Previous experience with qualitative research methodologies is strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize changing deadlines and requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
Experience managing vendors, respondents, and external stakeholders throughout research projects.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, software platforms, and project management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with quantitative research project management is considered an advantage or willingness to develop this expertise.
Availability to work according to US time zones.
English proficiency and ability to submit professional documentation in English.
